Account Management

Everything you need to know about managing your profile, security settings, and personal preferences.

Your Profile

Your profile page shows all the personal and investment information associated with your account. It's a read-only view — you can see your data at a glance.

Account Overview

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Member since date

Personal Information

  • First & last name
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Province
  • Marital status
  • Employment status

Investment Profile

  • Investment goals
  • Investment experience
  • Annual income range (ZMW)

Profile Status

  • A green 'Complete' badge if your profile is fully filled out
  • A yellow 'Incomplete' badge with a prompt to finish setup

Navigate to your profile from the sidebar (desktop) or by tapping your avatar. To edit your information, use the Complete Profile flow.

Completing Your Profile

After your first sign-in, you'll be guided through a profile completion flow. If you skipped it, you'll see a yellow warning banner on your Profile page with a link to finish.

Personal details

Fill in your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, province, marital status, and employment status. All 10 Zambian provinces are available.

Investment profile

Tell us about your investment goals, experience level, and annual income range. This helps us tailor insights to your situation.

Save and confirm

Once submitted, your profile status changes to 'Complete' and the reminder banner disappears.

A complete profile unlocks a more personalised experience. You can update your information anytime by going through the same flow.

Changing Your Password

You can change your password from Settings at any time.

Go to Settings > Security

Open Settings from the sidebar or bottom nav, then tap 'Security'.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password. Use the eye icon to toggle visibility.

Set a new password

Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it. Both fields must match.

Click 'Update password'

You'll see a success message confirming the change. Your new password takes effect immediately.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can't sign in, click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link that expires in 5 minutes for security. Click the link, set a new password, and you're back in.

Theme & Appearance

Customise how the platform looks to match your preference.

Light & Dark Mode

Navigate to Settings → Preferences → Appearance. You'll find a theme toggle that lets you switch between:

Dark Mode

The default. Dark backgrounds with light text — easier on the eyes in low light.

Light Mode

Light backgrounds with dark text — great for bright environments.

Notification Preferences

Control exactly what notifications you receive and how they're delivered. Navigate to Settings → Preferences → Notifications.

Delivery Methods

Push Notifications

In-app alerts and instant notifications. Available to all users. Toggle on or off.

Email Notifications

Premium

Receive updates via email. Only available to Premium subscribers.

Notification Types

Daily Stock Updates

Premium

Top market movers — biggest gainers and losers each day.

Weekly Portfolio Summary

Premium

A weekly recap of your portfolio performance.

System Updates

Platform announcements, maintenance notices, and new features.

Subscription Updates

Payment confirmations, billing reminders, and plan changes.

Each toggle sends an instant update — no need to save. Changes take effect immediately for future notifications.

Submitting Feedback

We actively listen to user feedback. You can report bugs, suggest improvements, or request features directly from the platform.

Go to Settings > Feedback

Open Settings and tap 'Feedback' to access the feedback form.

Choose a category

Select from: Bug Report, Improvement, Feature Request, or Other.

Fill in the details

Add a subject line and a detailed description (minimum 10 characters). Optionally include the page URL where you encountered the issue.

Submit

Click 'Submit Feedback'. You'll see a confirmation message.

Tracking Your Submissions

Below the form, you'll find a Your Submissions section showing all your past feedback. Each submission shows:

Pending

Status

Reviewed

Status

In Progress

Status

Resolved

Status

If an admin has responded, you'll see their response highlighted in a green box when you expand the submission.
