Free vs Premium Plans
Goliath Financials offers two tiers. Everyone starts on the Free plan with access to core features. Premium unlocks the full platform.

First-Time Discount: New monthly subscribers get 50% off their first payment — just ZMW 50. The discount is applied automatically.
How to Subscribe
Upgrading to Premium takes just a few steps.
Go to Subscriptions
Navigate to the Subscriptions page from the sidebar (desktop) or bottom navigation (mobile).
Choose a Plan
Select Monthly or Annual. You'll see the price, including the first-time discount if eligible.
Select a Payment Method
Pick from Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, Bank Transfer, or Bank Deposit. Payment instructions will be displayed.
Make Payment
Complete the payment using the details shown. Include your reference number or account identifier.
Wait for Verification
Our team manually verifies payments within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation once approved.
Premium access activates immediately after your payment is verified. You'll see a badge on your profile confirming your subscription.
Payment Methods
We support the most widely used payment channels in Zambia.
Airtel Money
Send payment to the displayed Airtel Money number. Include your username or email as the reference.
MTN MoMo
Send payment to the displayed MTN Mobile Money number. Include your username or email as the reference.
Bank Transfer
Transfer to the provided bank account. Use your account email as the payment reference.
Bank Deposit
Deposit directly at a bank branch. Include your email or username on the deposit slip.
Always include a reference (your email or username) so we can match your payment to your account. Payments without a reference may take longer to verify.
Payment Verification
Because payments are made through mobile money and bank channels, verification is a manual process.
How It Works
- •After you submit a payment, it enters a Pending state.
- •Our team reviews and verifies payments within 24–48 hours.
- •Once approved, your subscription activates instantly and you receive a confirmation email.
- •If a payment is rejected, you'll be notified with a reason.
Payment Lifecycle
Payments that are not verified within 7 days automatically expire. You can create a new subscription at any time.
Managing Your Subscription
View and manage your subscription status from the Subscriptions page.
Active Subscription
When your subscription is active, you'll see the plan type, start date, and expiry date. Premium features are fully unlocked.
Grace Period
When your subscription expires, you get a 3-day grace period during which Premium features remain active. After that, your account reverts to Free.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain Premium access until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds are issued.
Renewal
To renew, simply create a new subscription payment before your current plan expires. There's no automatic renewal — you control when to pay.

Common Questions
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Let your current monthly plan expire (or cancel it), then subscribe to an annual plan.
What happens if my payment isn't verified?
Payments that aren't verified within 7 days automatically expire. Double-check that you included a reference. If you believe there's an error, contact support through the feedback form.
Do I lose my portfolio data if I downgrade?
No. Your portfolio data is preserved. However, if you exceed the Free plan limit (1 ticker), you won't be able to add new tickers until you're under the limit or upgrade again.
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial, but the 50% first-time discount lets you try Premium at half price.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of payment through the feedback form with your payment details and reason for the request.
